National Readers Service They forced me to close one bank account and I'm ready to close another Shawnee Kansas

They were calling me 2-3 times a day every day. So I just gave in so they would leave me alone and they still called but, I finally figured out that it had to be the same company. They talk very fast, ask you the same questions over and over again and even. I had cancelled service once and they called me and told me that this WAS NOT a renewel subscription, a few days later I got an envelope in the mail with my NEW SUBSCRIPTION so I attempted to call and cancel and got a huge run around. The first time I dealt with them I ended up closing my bank account. They are now taking me to collection and trying to renrw the subscription all at the same time. Is there anything that I can do to get this cancelled and get them the hell off my back. Please somebody who has dealt with them and won let me know how to do it also.
