Beware- This is a Vendor Management Company that solicits work from various lending institutions- They have been paid, but have not paid thier vendors- I mean by the 1,000's- It borders on fraud because they have in essence been paid by the consumer- They are not honest and will promise payment. They Im sure continue to peddle work, but Banks & Mortgage Companies have no clue they are not paying the appraisers
