Complaint Review: National Recovery Agency

I called the collection agency that's trying to collect for the men's health book (I did not order) and they keep transferring me to Rodale's automated number which it's impossible to talk to a real person there. So I keep calling the collection agency back and I just tried to get their employee number and they said "quit calling this is harrassment pay your bill or stop wasting our time". They hung up before I could ask anything else.
