National Recovery Agency NRA Group Harassing phone calls for someone not known to me personally Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
This company calls us at home repeatedly attempting to collect a bad debt from someone who apparently provides our telephone number as a contact number. Their last name is similar but not the same as ours (theirs has an "S" on the end) and they own a condominium in our building...same address, different apartment number. This person has been doing this for YEARS but these collection agencies refuse to remove our number from their database and now call almost every day.
It used to occur only infrequently but is now happening several times a week. This is a form of identity theft but we have no way to obtain information to force her to cease and desist using our telephone number because the NRA Group will not provide information to us. Either they must stop calling and cease harassing us or cooperate and provide information we need to proceed against her.
