saw ad for National Relief Group, called them.  was told that we could get a loan modification without a problen, they put their "attorney" on the phone Jared, he also stated that I would get the modification within 90 days if I sent in $3000.  He said that "they knew who to talk to at our Mortgage company"  So I barrowed and sold some items to  pay the $3000.  That was back in Nov. 2009.  On june 4, 2010 Jared  told me that we were 3/4 completed and loan docs would be ready soon [4-6 weeks at the most].  On June 29th I called my mortgage company  to see what my new payment was going to be.  I was told that there is nothing ready or even being reviewed.  They also said we failed to turn in required paperwork every 30 days, NRG never told us of the list of reuirements our mortgage company wanted. Also we failed to turn in a hardship letter, but NRG had me sigh a blank page and they said they wrote the letter....I was a fool to believe them or trust them in any way.   Now we are having to start all over.  NRG and their partner USLMP have lied to us over and over.  We are going to fight to get our $3000 back.

I was able to get my money back from Brian Pacios in Irvine CA.  He had several scam companies.  If you are trying to get your money back please contact the City of Irvine California or the State of California.   I filed in Laguna Hills CA that is where Brian lives.  the Gov. is also involved in taking action.  Please do not allow this scamer to take your money.

I do not know why you feel the need to lie about this matter.  Both NRG and SBP are no longer in business.  USLMP was a part of this scam!  The State of California Attorney General confirms the complaints filed, and action taken....  Many people lost thousands of dollars and their homes!  you should be ashamed of yourself.

I am employed by USLMP.MY user name is not a pseudo name if you care to rebut I challenge you to do the same. 1st point Unless NRG has hired another Jared(USLMP employee) since their last employee contact list you are mistaken.I sat next to Jared and you are correct he is not an attty, nor have I ever heard him claim to be so.This claim would benefit him in no way. His division doesn't even have any client contact until all the necessary documentation has been sent in by the client(typically at least 1 month after they have enrolled).Next point 90 days, if you call your lender this is the time frame most lenders will give to you as well.Call Bofa they will tell you 30-45 days. They make the decision we depend on their information to be accurate and simply convey the info.3rd point your approved. Once again no benefit for Jared to mislead.By lying he would be causing himself more problems because he is the 1st person you would call when you never receive any modification.Lastly the lenders mail letters to borrowers under review requesting any updated documents they need. We would have called you as well so i find it hard to believe you. If this never happened call me at the office we can conference call your mtg company if its our fault we will resubmit.
