National Relocation Van Lines National Relocation Solutions Never completed delivery and doesn't want to pay insurance taken. Lied about cost. Worst customer service ever. Hallandale Beach, FL / Baltimore Maryland
I moved from Florida to California in July 2014. The final amount I came to pay was almost $2K more of estimate. They promised that everything was to be done by they own team but everybody I met was a third party company. They show on the estimate that they are A+ rated by BBB which is a false. They held my items in a warehouse for weeks until they found a truck coming to California. They passed the limit of time specified in contract by a week. They said I wouldn't need a shuttle when I asked. But I had to rent a truck and do the shuttle myself. I also had to take care of the 3 people he had picked up to help earlier at a Home Depot (+$300). On top of that I had to pay him $80/hour while he waited while the shuttling was done. The helpers never assembled anything as they had promised. The truck driver told me he was not able to fit everything in the truck but promised that the rest would come next week. The items missing plus damaged add to $5,916. I paid $777 for insurance that would cover up to $57K. After a year, they have not deliver the rest of my items and I have not been able to claim the insurance. They just ignore my calls and emails. They have offer to pay, first $60 and then $480. I also paid $150 extra for a heavy item that never was delivered. This is a short space to explain my complete story. The name of the company has changed to National Relocation Van Lines as per new voice answering machine. They have office and warehouse in Florida but couldn't find.
