Beware of lies and false guarantees. I rented a Preimum car for my wife , Website stated that in order to "Guarantee" this class of car a Credit Card was required. It was entered. She picked up the car and was told they didn't have any preimum cars. First, what is the point of a guarantee. Is this BAIT & SWITCH? Yes, it's a classic bait and switch. She got a Crysler Pacifica, which is one of the dirtiest cars we've ever seen. The interior smells like smoke, the upholstery was filthy, the carpet on the floors is covered with stains and it actually looks like someone took a leak on the back passenger floor. As it was the only car they had and we needed a car, no choice but to take it. Surely that is what they count on. Pretty embarrasing to take that kind of car to our family reunion. False advertising, yep, it the worst way. They knew up front what kind of car they were giving us. No excuse. Everyone needs to be aware, DO NOT RENT FROM NATIONAL
