Complaint Review: National Rental Locators

So this guy is good.  He and his "wife" come off as being super wholesome and church going.  He presents an opportunity to "process applications" from home in a territory for a $1500 set up fee.  Well after hours on the phone, you end up trusting him, and start the set up.  Turns out, these are bogus applications where he is just stealing the money from apartment seekers with no intention of helping them.  He is also stealing the money from those that want to help expand the business.  Once you pay, you NEVER hear from him again.  Its disguisting.  I did report him to my bank and was able to reverse the transaction.  I hope he is arrested.
