Complaint Review: NATIONAL RESTORATION SPECIALISTS INC (NRSI)

I, John B, was a manager for National Restoration Specialists, Inc., for about four years. I managed offices in Omaha, NE, Amelia, VA and Norfolk, VA. I was also production manager in Omaha and Amelia. I left the company several months after Hurricane Isabel hit the Hampton Roads, VA area, when it became evident the company was not getting any work done. I could not look a prospective salesman in the eye and tell him everything was OK.

When I managed the Omaha and Amelia offices everything went well because I was in control and the work was completed to everyone's satisfaction. While in Norfolk, my home town, we would call the main office daily to ask when the promised crews would be in town to complete the work. It became evident the money was being diverted somewhere else and I, as an honorable businessman, could not continue with the apparent charade. None of the reports mention me by name as one of the bad guys.

Mr. Rick Pirozzi, the Owner of NRSI is completing a 13 month federal prison sentence for 'diverting' almost one-half million dollars of deposits. You may confirm with Mr. Alan Salisbury, the federal prosecutor in Norfolk, VA, that I was a witness for the prosecution and was never at any time suspected of any wrongdoing. I am writing this to clear my name as the ghost of NRSI continues to haunt me. I recently had my honor questioned as I applied for a position in the home improvement industry. Thanks Rick.

I left the company with $60,000 owed TO ME. I was ripped off worse than any of their customers, not to mention having wasted almost four years of my life
