In order to receive a cash price of $392,750.00 I needed to send in $18.00 for a one time required purchasing fee plus $3.00 for priority processing fee.

Immediately I went to the internet and found your site which indicated that this was a scam.  People like this should be put under the jail because there are lot  of people who would just send in the money and believe they had won some sweepstakes prize.  A committee official name provided on the form is Ruben Coliers, Commisioner. National Review Network, PO Box 6430, Chandler, Arizona 85246-6430.
