Complaint Review: National Screening Center

This company makes Millions of Dollars a year suppossedly cordinating drug testing for the courts in texas.

This facility does not meet minimium standards as a collection site, however parents are forced to go here and watch their samples being collected without regards to proper procedures to ensure they are not being contaminated during collection.  The entire shipping and transport of the specimen information is always missing, creating an incomplete chain of custody before even arriving to the lab- in another state. Then when the tests are reported back there is always a flaw- missing dates, missing times of collection, wrong dates. However the courts take these results that would be deemed cancelled due to no corrective actions pr statement of correction that are required in regards to the flaws indicated earlier. Not only do they allow these flawed tests into evidence they then allow the owner, an unqualified individal,  who has failed to do his job as collector testify to the drug levels, indication of use of the parties required to submit to testing.

I have taken many court ordered test at this facility and now know when ordered to go here, you must also go to another site and get the same type of test done so you will have proof the tests that come from them are innaccurate.
