national seating rip me off and scammed me Stockton California
It took two years to get the chair my kaiser's dr ordered for me. Many lies, no call backs or emails. In 09/11 I had to refile. The price doubled. my share doubled. After many torcherous months and two years, i got a letter with my price, not an invoice. I am a 74 year old home bound senior citizen and it was hard. Rarely saw dr or dentist. I am cronically ill too. I am on 24/07 oxygen. On 07/13 while i was at the dentist, they dropped off a chair. It wasn't the right chair!!! They made me an appointment of 07/08/13, I paid someone to clean the house and no body showed!!!! I call everyday and leave message. no body calls me back. this is a rip/off scam!!!! preying on the elderly. i have been five years with transportation. Tell Kaisers, "NO"
