Complaint Review: National Signing Source

I signed up to be a Certified Signing Agent with this company and have been ripped off tremendously.  I paid for extra certificates such as Reverse Mortgage, E-Closings, and even an one-on-one training session with Laurie.  I never received my Reverse Mortgage Certificate, which is no good with any other signing companies and no one will answer my phone calls or emails.  REVISE, no one in Customer Support will respond to my calls or emails, but the SALES TEAM will definitely answer.  I have lost nearly an $1,000 because I can not find another signing company that will accept certifications from National Signing Source.  BEWARE!!!!!
