National Small Business Alliance misleading information at first, will not honor garanteed refund, will not reply, rude RIPOFF Cathedrial City California
When I was contacted by the National Small Business I was told that I had quilified for a credit card that I could use on "things like" travel expenced or office equipement. When I recieved my membership packet I found that the card could "ONLY" be used for travel, and office supplies, and only though them.
I felt that I was intentionally mislead, and mailed the packet back to them with my request to terminate my membership imediately. I was not to upset at that time because I their garantee in writing that I would recieve a full refund within 30 business days.
That was Augest 19th, nearly 4 months have gone by and all I have gotten is the run around, and rude opperators. I have been told that the check is in the mail, then a week later told that they only cut checks on Fridays so I will be getting the next week. I have emailed them with no responce. I have gotten the extention number for the supervisor, Romey, who never ancwers her phone, or return calls.
I finally got the email address for Mr. Mario, the president, and he did send me a automatic reply.
"THIS IS AN AUTORESPONDER MESSAGE, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO YOU EACH TIME YOU SEND ME AN E-MAIL.
I am back from Mexico but am gravely ill and in extreme pain and accordingly, out of the office. I will be checking e-mail infrequently but will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Sorry form the inconvenience.

I did recieve my refund on December 14th, BUT only after I turned them in here and to the Better Bussiness Bureau. The bottom line is they did not stand by their own guarantee. I truely beleive that the only reason that I did recieve my refund is because I reported them!
