National Small Business Alliance - NSBA ripoff, refused to refund my money or call me back. Washington DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
National Small Business Alliance (aka) NSBA is a fraudulent company with disreputable and criminal business practices. I was searching for credit card information and wound up in their window.
I started to enter my information but, decided against it. I closed it without submitting. 2 weeks later they tried to withdraw $99.95 from my account. It over drafted.
The next day I received a mail packet from them. I called and left a message to cease this order and to call me back. There was no response.
A couple of days later they withdrew another $239.40 from my bank. I called and left several messages. Finally, near closing time I reached a customer service agent who refused to give her name only "Romy". She was nasty and demanded I send the packet back. I did. Next Day Air. i faxed the info to them.
Then they withdrew another $99.95 two days later. I called repeatedly, there was no response. They have stolen $340.00 from me and have, in essence, refused to refund my money or call me back. NSBA is a scam company.
