NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS ALLIANCE NSBA ripoff Washington District of Columbia
NSBA contacted my business via telephone and advised us of a $8000 visa account for $385.00 no interest account, to use anyway you want. We received a packaged in the mail that showed us how to use the $8000.00 . (vacation use and equipment use) this is not what was agreed. I then sent the package back within the alloted time for a full refund.
Inital purchase was in Nov. 2004 I cancelled 02/01/05, I was sent a cancellation confirmation letter with a code # (12911630lzb02/01/05) to date I have not received my refund, I have called and spoke to a clerk and they agreed that I was in the system for a refund, and they did not no why it was taking so long. I called again and they refered me to call ROMI at 1800-350-0577.
I get no call back, no response, lately her mailbox has been full. I call but can not speak to anyone live. This company is a ripp off and would not recommed them to anyone.

We have moved our member services organization to larger quarters and have purchased a new phone system that should be installed within the next two weeks which will better able to address everyone's needs.
I do apologize for the time delays you have experienced. Your refund check was mailed on 6/3/05.
