National Small Business Alliance ripoff, misrepresent services, theft by deception, REFUND practices Washington District of Columbia
My husband received a phone call stating that our business was approved for a line of credit for $8,000. I clearly asked them could I use the line of credit for a balance transfer. They said that wouldn't be a problem, however some fees may apply and to read about it when the package came. They quickly mentioned other benefits that the credit included-I didn't mentioned that said it was platinum. The $99 enrollment was paid; when the package came it was $5,000 for vacations, and $3,000 for computers.
I immediately called the company; no answer or the message box was full. Finally, I made contact with a rep and cancelled my membership the customer service was horrible. I told her about the credit card I didn't receive to make a long story short she told me I must have misunderstood her. (However, there are many stories from people on rip-off and BBB who were told about a credit card) I told her I clearly asked about using the $8000 for the balance transfer. She finally told me to go on the website and apply and hang up!!!
I cancelled the membership, sent the package back in October 2005, its February. I called again after being on hold for over 45 minutes a rep told me that my request has not been process and she don't have no idea when it will. A class action law suit should be filed against this shameful company. The BBB gave this company an F rating!
Just imagine how many people just gave up before receiving their refund. I guess that's the scam!
