Complaint Review: National Supplement Beauty Solutions

I ordered one lip plumper from them for $4.99. They then began charging me once a month for $84.98 for the same lip plumper, without email confirmation that they were doing so.

When I called the number associated with the charge on my account to find out what it was, they pretended they could not locate my account. They pretended their systems were down. They tried to set up a call back. They wouldn't even tell me what the charge was for.

It wasn't until I insisted more than a dozen times that they connect me with a supervisor that they finally did so. This is when I learned what the charge was for. They would not grant me a full refund and when I told them I was going to report them to the BBB, they hung up on me. This is robbery.
