She then called her credit card company to dispute the charges. A week later, she received a gruff sounding email from Nat Supp Solutions telling her to cancel the dispute and they would give her money back. They were threatening to use voice records, video records of the software installation and all manner of other things to fight the disputed charges. Her credit card company suggested she continue with the dispute as she has no guarantee that National Support Solutions would refund her money and she already does not trust them. She intends to see this through and will take it to the States Attorney's office next.
