These people are basically sending consumers very legitimate looking papers and asking the consumr to send them $20 so that they can process your your winnings. They told me that I had won $1,900,000 from a sweepstakes that I had entered on line and they were simply the middle man, the people who inform you that you won this amount of money but they do not issue the prize.
