National Timeshare Resales Charged $1950.00 for paperwork on "sold" timeshare and now they won't answer my call. Green Bay Wisconsin
A couple yrs ago I contacted Nat'l Timeshare Resales to sell my unit. I wouldn't put any money up front for listing it. All of a sudden I get a call saying they have someone interested in my unit if I haven't sold it yet. I said I was and we negotiated a price.
They charged my credit card for $1,950.00 and said it usually takes 30 to 60 days to check the title and change papers but because it was Thanksgiving/Christmas season it may take a little longer.
Here it is almost March and I can't even get in touch with them. They never answer the phone or return calls. Unfortunately I didn't know about this website in November. I checked them out on the web and checked the business info in their cities, (also have an office in Tampa) and they appeared to be a legitimate company. My friend said she knows someone who purchased a timeshare from them and everything went smoothly.
With the ecomony the way it is losing 2k really puts me in a bind.
