As of today (03/21/14) it's been 33 days since NTB broke a part on our car during tire installation. When it happened, we were told that NTB broke it, and would replace the part & call us when it came in. in over a month, we have yet to receive our replacement part, nor have we ever been contacted by NTB.

Quite the contrary,in fact. We've called 11 times since they broke our car part. At least half of those times we called, the manager, Jason Sieling, was not there. During those calls we were told that the manager would return our calls, which never occurred.

On the few occasions we actually spoke directly to manager Jason Sieling, we were told:

1. The part would be ordered and he would call when it was in.

2. Then we were told that they located a part but it was $150.00 and he didn't want to pay that much.

3. Then were told he would look for a used part and get back to us.

4. Then we were told he was having diffuculty finding a used part.

Although this part is not a mechanical part, it's a very visable part, decorative part in the cente rof the once-nice wheel on our very nice looking SUV. In addition, we had plans to sell the car beginning on 02/17/14, we have been unable to do so because we do not have the replacement part that NTB broke, and we do not want to sell the car with the decorative cap missing on one wheel.

We have purchased eight brand new tires and extensive service contracts through this NTB, involving lots of money. The 60,000 mile tires we purchased first only lasted 38,000 with regular highway and road use, even though we complied with all  suggested rotations.

Needless to say we are extremely disappointed that the first set of tires we purchased lasted half as many miles as we were told they would, and in the lack of honesty, integrity and follow-through with Jason Sieling at NTB in St. Louis Park over the part they broke on our car.
