National Van Lines arrived about 5 hours late from my requested pickup time.  Their truck broke down twice and they had to borrow another truck from a local agent in Prescott Arizona.  They refused to move a king size bed because it was not in a box.  Other items maps, bibles that were in a love seat compartment were removed and left.  It was apparent that the truck was nearing full capacity since another family items were loaded in the back of the truck trailer.

I used National Van Lines before when I was stationed overseas in the military.  Although I have not done a professional move in 26 years, I was very surprised that items were left.  I do not have a car so I had little choice in the matter.
