I inquired about auto warranty with this company over 8 months ago and declined the offer. Now receiving numerous calls from them. I have not returned their calls as I am not interested. Then my son , whom lives in the same city as I do, received a call from them telling him to contact me and have me call them about my auto warranty.

How did they get his phone number? They had to do a lot of illegal searching because I never gave it to them.

What extremes to reach someone that is obviouly not interested and informed of such 8 months ago. How dare they contact my son and let him think something was wrong with my warranty, of which I had none with them, just to get me to call them.

I know there is a law against this and I will find out the person's name and do everything I can to report this to the proper department regarding unethical conduct and harrassment.

All I can further say is Stay Away from this company.
