In 2014 my Mother bought a chevrolet impala from tuscaloosa al., solely in her name. 

On feb. 25, 2015 was checking my 78 year old mothers mail, and found a motor vehicle service notification.

The card said the warranty was expired or may expire soon.

I called the number, told them I was Charles Jay and that my mother bought the car. He, bryan, proceeded to tell me that she had to many miles on the car and that I should buy the warranty now. An argument insued concerning teh facts:  Remember, I do not own the car nor is my name anywhere on the paperwork.

Bryan informed me that:

1. I had to make down payment immediately, while during same phone conversation. If not the price would immediately go up. 

2. He Bryan, informed me of all of this information even though it was not my vehicle.

3. I again explained the money could not be obtained at that moment and could we call back later. He said no, that I needed to pay now.

I then asked for a manager, who's name was also bryan. I angryly explained the situation to him and he attempted to excuse the attitude of the previous Bryan. I began using foul language to the extreme as I/we will never be pressured, intimidated, or frauded without a serious reaction.

I then called the Chevrolet Dealership and they immediately told me to hang up on these frauds. If I need an extended warranty, come to the dealership and they would be more than happy to oblige.

I then called Bryan back, ask him again, how much is the extended warranty. He said the total was 2000 plus. I asked him if he had the paperwork ready. He said he did and was ready to take my info.

I called him a gdsobmfinbastard. That I would come to his office to settle this and would call the bbb, montana st charles chamber of commerce and my attorney.

DON'T PUT UP WITH THESE FRAUDS PEOPLE. WE HAVE TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM.

Had my mother called instead of me, it would have been really bad, resultwise.

The employees have attitudes that need physical adjustments. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!!
