So I started getting missed calls on my cell phone from the same number. Not recognizing the area code I decided to listen to the message they left. A pretty and friendly voice let me know that my 2008 car's warranty was about to expire and to please give them a call. I did a quick search on this company and came accross these forums where people have complaint about the company and what the intentions of this company are. I kept getting calls, about 2 per day so I decided to pick up the phone one day to see what all the fuzz was about. Sure enough, the same pretty voice reminded me about my warranty and she went through her scrypt. I kindly let her know that I am a DIY'er type of guy and not only do all of the routine maintenance on the car but the preventive maintenance as well. "I drive conservative and only drive when a motorbike or bicycle isn't possible" was explained on why a 2008 car has 40k miles on it. She explained that she was going to transfer me to a something or other "specialist" and the same dog and pony show took place. That person tranfered me to another something or other "specialist" and ditto for him too....after another mention of tranfering me to another something or other "specialist", regardless if I explained that this phone call will not conlude in me buying anything extra for my car now, nor in the future... I simply hung up while on hold waiting for the 4th "specialist" and blocked the number on my phone.

I have to say, they were nice and professional but determined as well and wouldn't take "no" for an answer. I feel for these people because they are simply a person who I am sure don't like doing that job but it is all that is available at this time so they have to do what the company demands. I have been there and it stinks. I am in no way complaining about the representaives due to them simply doing the job that is not only required but micromanaged, but I am complaining about the company for putting ordinary folks in the front lines while the suit and ties hide in an office. Would I ever buy somerthing from this company?  Heck NO! If you do not have the option to block their number and they keep calling, simply tell the representative that the person they are looking for is no longer the owner of the number and the number now belongs to an under age person....then they'll stop calling due to some legality thing with calling minors for solicitation purposes.
