I recieved a post card in the mail and it only that I needed to contact them at 800-349-1354 within 5 days concerning one of my vehicles.
So I called the number to find out exactly who it was that was sending me the card as their name appears no where on the card. The person I reached asked me what I needed and I asked him who his company is and how they got my informaiton.
I start getting a bunch of run around and I said that I want my name and information removed from their data base forever. He continued to be pushy and rude so I let him have it, and asked to speak to someone above him.
He connected me to someone who was just as rude and evasive. I finally got my name, and contact information removed from their data base but only after having to take 30 minutes of my time. I see online that the BBB is warning people about doing business with this company. Don't get sucked into their illusions they try to pull off. Its a scam if I ever saw one. I can't imagine what someone has to go through if they buy into this and then have a claim.
