National Who's Who Middle School Registry, AKA Student Educational Registries, Grady Sturgess III Ripoff, Non-delivery of Book, Lied and Exploited Middle-School Children Roswell Georgia
This company used direct mail to solicit my son's consideration for inclusion in the 2004 National Who's Who Middle School Registry. After submitting all the require personal information he was informed that he was one of the "select few" for inclusion in the book. We sent a check for $89.00 for the book and plaque which was promplty cashed. To this date, no book, no plaque. No response to e-mail and the telephone has been disconnected. We are now included in this ripoff. I am now in the process of reporting this company with the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, the Alabama Consumer Protection Division, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau of metro Atlanta, and the U.S. Postal inspection Service (Mail Fraud Report0 thanks to Donna in San Antonio, Texas. We all need to stand up for our rights and fight this!

Surprise! In yesterday's mail we received our copy of the National Who's Who, Middle School Registry, First Edition 2004 book promised for delivery a year ago. The book came from the Banta Book Group, 1025 Willow Spring Road, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Our son's picture and short biography were included as promised.
