Entered into a lease (surely a weak moment on my part) that was presented to me by a rather high pressure (and rude) salesman named "Corey." I pay $99.95 per month for a 36 month lease and have had it for one year. In addition, there are credit card charges for about $45 per month AND an annual fee of $99. Sales? 0.00! I have promoted the website and gone a few extra miles. Also tried EBAY and Yahoo auctions; I had the highest price everytime for similar products...and I was just above the NWC wholesale price with my opening price.

Here's the problem: Every item on my website is available at retail through the Internet cheaper than I can purchase it at NWC's "wholesale" price. I (mistakenly) entered into the lease before knowing NWC's wholesale prices. The E-Commerce portion works well (I think), but they are partnered with some bums. I am quite confident this was by design. Ever try to get out of a lease?

The real kicker is they gave me my own domain name, then yanked it a year later, but the lease states the domain name will be used. Now any links are blown since I refuse to pay to renew the domain name.

The salesman had NEVER contacted me since the lease inception, though he promised he would. To his credit, he has returned calls since I have begun trying to get out of the lease.
