I had shopped at N.W.L., several times, during the Christmas season, 2002, and EACH and EVERYTIME I visited, the Security Guard stopped ONLY the Caucasian customers to validate the receipts and some employees at the Electronics/Return counter felt that it was necessary to use foul language in just about every sentence, no matter what race, creed, age or sex was present, which only proved to me that THEY did not DISCRIMINATE...like the guy at the door! (They seriously lack respect and decency).

I'd like to add this...People need to realize that it's NOT the race, creed or sex of people that matters, it's CAPABILITY...I know MANY non-white people, male AND female, who are conscientious, admirable and decent, so, for me to stereotype would be unfair...

I think the Managers should be held accountable for their employees (mis)behavior, within reason, and, perhaps, conduct a series of interviews and/or training sessions before hiring.

"Divide and conquer" was not intended as a business practice against current and/or potential customers...Hire Managers who actually MANAGE and you'll be in good shape. (I'm available for hire, to show you how Management and Customer Service can make all the difference!)...We, Americans, take pride in our FREEDOMS...Don't let our freedoms, likenesses and/or differences be used as weapons against us!

This was the same place I heard about on 9/11 that the employees there were dancing and celebrating that day. I ate that place. I dont let anyone validate my receipt in any store. I just walk passed them. There is no reason for that.
