Nationall Park Reservations (NPR) National Park Reservations a Sham -- Makes You Think You're Dealing with Federal Government Nationwide
This company is a total rip-off. They present themselves as being part of the national parks system but instead are a reservation system that serves national parks. I wished to make a reservation for one night for three people at Many Glacier National Park and wound up finding that a reservation had been automatically booked for $354! Ouch. When I got back with them, they did refund the money that had been quickly debited from my bank account and did provide a less expensive option. However! They charge 10% of the $354 as their service fee. Yes, I have one year to apply the $34 to another reservation -- but I don't want to. I want my money back.
When I spoke with their supervisor, Carl, and asked for his last name, he refused to give it to me. When I asked for the name of their president and their physical address, he refused to give it to me. I'm out $34 just for trying to make a reservation for one night. That's amazing. It's truly exploitation. Unjust. Unfair. Morally and ethically wrong.
Buyer beware.
