Complaint Review: Nations Pharmaceuticals LLC

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative was enticed to leave a former company by P. Daryl Brown, former HealthSouth Executive, owner / partner of Nations Pharmaceuticals, offered him a lucrative salary with benefits. May 29, 2007, the sales representative found out by Dr. Al Stanley, Heart Specialists, that he would be undergoing OPEN Heart Surgery the next day. He telephoned the office of Nations Pharmaceuticals to inform them that he would be out of work for the next few weeks. P. Daryl Brown had an assistant at their corporate office telephone the sales representative and inform him that he was no longer employed by Nations Pharmaceuticals as of that date.

The Sales Representative did not receive any compensation to fulfill his employment contract and never received any commissions or reimbursed for any expenses that he had incurred since employment.
P. Daryl Brown, sent the sales representative a rebuttal email of "Good Luck" and no other conversation.
The Sales Representative (Tommy Carter) has filed a lawsuit as of August of 2009.
Does this say anything about the type of people that "HealthSouth Corporation" had in their Executive Office at one time. P. Daryl Brown will face his accuser very soon.
