Nationstar LLC LOAN SOLD TO NATIONSTAR AND IT'S ALREADY A NIGHTMARE!!! Lewisville Texas

    I was recentley informed that my loan was sold AGAIN (4th time)!!!!  This time they are calling themselves Nationstar Mortgage LLC and are in charge of my house from here out...  Here's how it went.

   I received a letter telling me to CALL NATIONSTAR to start my account with them and to set up payment options; I did.  I called the very day I received the letter.  I spoke with a young man (conversation was recorded....I'll come back to that later) who told me how happy they were to have my business yada yada...  I gave him all of my personal information, asked some questions like (1) will my interest rate remain at 2% like I had negotiated with my PRIOR mortgage company (OCWEN) by means of a home loan modification, which was approved and 'set in stone'....?  The answer was "YES SIR!". (2) I then asked how the FIRST payment would be handled and he said "seeing as though you have NOT set up auto draft yet, the FIRST payment must be 'sent in' to the following address..." which was Lewisville TX; I complied and took down the account number and address.  (3) I asked if he would send out the forms necessary for me to sign up for 'auto draft' and he said "absolutely Sir, I'll send it right out"!  MIND YOU; I HAVE JUST BEEN TOLD I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AUTO DRAFT.....

   So, the very NEXT day i went to my bank, drew 1,392.00 out of my checking and sent it in the form of a certified check.  Thank GOD I kept the receipt!!!  That check was posted to my account (Nationstar) on June 3rd.  HOWEVER,  NATIONSTAR ALSO ...'AUTO DRAFTED' THE SAME AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR OWN ON THE VERY SAME DAY!!!!!!! That's right!!!!  My checking account doled out 2,784.00 in ONE DAY!!!!!!!

   (1)  I have yet to receive ANYTHING from Nationstar stating the terms of my mortgage, my interest rate, my escrow account...NOTHING.  The only thing that happened was they 'double dipped' from me and are acting indignant and condescending (CLAUDIA/'Manager with no number to call her...) in that 'I HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG'!!!!! CLAUDIA said she would review the conversation I had during MY FIRST CALL TO NATIONSTAR (the one I was told to send in the first payment; and to sign the auto draft forms and to send a cancelled check) to 'MAKE SURE I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH"!!!!!  WHAT THE....

(2)  I sent in my payment as instructed and NATIONSTAR just went ahead and drafted my account BEFORE I SIGNED ANYTHING!!!  Then I was told that it will take (5) business days to 'process the payment reversal' (Rose) and then another (10) business days to get the actual refund back in CHECK form (which requires another hold)!  I was told TODAY 6-4-2013 that I 'might see the check by 6-26-2013!!!!!  What the...

(3)  I have the 'auto draft forms',  (2) in total sitting on my table, NOT SIGNED, YET I WAS AUTO DRAFTED 48 HOURS AFTER MY FIRST PHONE CALL TO NATIONSTAR.  SHAMELESS.... 

  I then had CLAUDIA call my BANK MANAGER and proceed to tell her that the conversation I had on the first day OMITTED ANYTHING THAT HAD TO DO WITH THE AUTO DRAFT... It was like she was "trying to put herself out (fire)" said the BANK MANAGER...  She eluded to the fact that I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE SOMEHOW AND THAT IT IS MY FAULT!!!!  THERE WAS NO APOLOGY, NO "I'M SORRY THAT THAT HAPPENED TO YOU SIR, HOW MAY I HELP YOU?" TYPE OF DEMEANOR COMING FROM CLAUDIA....SHE WAS ANNOYED IN HAVING TO TOIL WITH A REAL PROBLEM.  My bank ladies were gathered around listening and their jaws were haning open.....

NOW, I am 700.00 overdrawn on my checking account and have NO WAY TO PAY MY UTILITIES UNTIL I GET MY CHECK BACK FROM NATIONSTAR!!!!!!!  Oh and by the way, should you incur any OVERDRAFT CHARGES BECAUSE NATIONSTAR DRAINED YOUR ACCOUNT;  HOLD ON!!!  That's right, "it's not Nationstars fault!!!" , words from CLAUDIA.....

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE COMPANY..... BEWARE!!!!
