I entered into the HAMP loan mod program in Feb 2010. I made full payments because I did not want to make up the back payments if they denied me. The agreement had payment dates from Sept to Dec 2009 which effectively invalidated the agreement. They turned me down in April. In Sept 2010, they sent me a ALT MOD agreement. I called them and was instructed the only thing I had to do was sign it, have it notarized and return it. Our first scheduled payment was Oct 2010. They are reneging on theagreement. I have all the payments per the alt mod on time. They are reporting my lates to credit. They solicit me to deed my house to them. Their excuses are not valid and incoherent. I have yet to speak to any one with that company who has any defense. They are not licensed loan originators as required by AZ statutes to negotiate loan mods. They are not trained and not educated. They lie and write incorrect notes in their computers to try and trick me. They are criminals.

Please contact me if you have a similar situation. I am looking for several more people in AZ to join in on a class action.
