From the moment I was transferred from Bank of America-the harassment started.  They have cutomer service representatives call numerous times with out regard to previous call notes.  They put me in a payment arrangement -called them the day of the first payment and they said nothing they could see -I made the required repayment and then they tried to deduct it from my bank -three more times after receipt of payment.  They will charge an inspection fee but leave no note and/or what was seen on inspection.  They do this is you are 45 days late even if making continous payments- they want to check to see if you are residing there however, they do not even get out of the car and leave a note.  They will continously show you late even if you are on time.  You will never catch up from their fees and bogus balances.  If you call customer service, they are unable to provide a list of the extra charges to review.  If you request a statement, you might receive it or you might not.  They will ACH your account numerous time even if payment is credited and they will not refund any of the funds.  They will charge a reserve fee that is to cover them not your tax rates.  Escrow has gone up every year 80-100 dollars with no tax increase noted on property.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND FIGHT!!!

#2Consumer Suggestion

Dear msftw536,

I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need.  The debt collectors like SPS, SLS, Green Tree, Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.  You CAN win this fight!!!

It pains me that you have fallen victim to the illegal, unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices of Nationstar since your consumer rights have absolutely been violated not to mention your constitutional rights but I also commend you for seeking help; too often homeowners do not fight for their consumer and constitutional rights!  With that said, you have overlooked a key aspect to your fight, which is putting it in writing in the form of a proper QWR and then to regulatory agencies outside of Nationstar that assist in fighting for your rights like the CFPB; the answers that you need and are seeking can be obtained from Nationstar’s via QWR responses when pressed.  I would be more than happy to educate you as to how to fight for your rights.  My firm routinely seeks out complaints online so that we can educate as to how to fight back on our weekday show called "The Daily Complaint" where we review a complaint and how to tackle it successfully.

We reviewed your complaint on the show today if you would like to listen, click here.

Let me first point out that Nationstar has violated your rights by violating the "No Surprises" Federal regulation as afforded you under the CFPB and RESPA (Dodd-Frank).  Also, Nationstar has violated a plethora of Federal consumer protection laws afforded you under the CFPB and Dodd-Frank to include the “No Runarounds” mandate implemented this year on January 10, 2014.  You can learn more by visiting the CFPB's website and learning more about the rights afforded you under the FDCPA, Dodd-Frank and RESPA via the CFPB – click here

Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's END!

Dana
