Nationstar Mortgage raised my mortgage payment by 3-times, after I entered the final quarter of payments, stating that my taxes were delinquent.  Every year I've been on a plan to pay the taxes in installments.  Out of the blue, Nationstar no longer wants to honor the installment agreement, even though I've never been late with the payments.  I decided to pay the total amount off and Nationstar screwed around for weeks, pretending like they were trying to find a payoff balance.  I was given a  payoff sheet that said that I had until 09/30/2016 to pay off.

I wired the entire amount on 09/28/2016.  On 09/29/2016 I called to verify receipt of the funds and was told that I missed the cut-off of 09/22/2016, which was not mentioned in the document that stated the pay-off amount.  Now they are saying that I owe another full months mortgage for October/2016.  They have received the pay-off and I don't want to pay them another dime.  Please help.

Furthermore, everybody with a complalint about Nationstar should file a complaint with "ConsumerFinance.gov".  This will certainly help get a CLASS ACTION started with enough complaints.
