Complaint Review: Nationstar Mortgage

Nationstar Mortgage, I have try  many times to send a modification loan and they always claim they never receive it, I have send this paper work to them with tracking provided by USPS, I have email my paper work to them at selene.navarro@nationstarmail.com/ jay.bray@nationstarmail.com/ jay.bray@nationstarmail.com . 

I have found a new job that I can finally keep up with my mortgage and Talking to Ijay or Ejay from nationstar, told me I could send 3.000.00 to be caught up, well to my surprise at western Union they told me in order to except my payment I would have to pay 6.000.00, after talking to Ijay/Ejay (female worker for Nationstar) they told me I would have to pay the full balance because conveniently for them they change policy’s to where they will no longer work with homeowners they will only except full payment. After all the running around can calling and trying to find out who can help me. They put my home for foreclosure, and now I have to come up with 6.000.00 to get out of foreclosure,

When calling nation star you have to remember costumer service is not the best thing they have because each person working there is not there to help you, I have stress and nightmares that I will lose my home, I have try many times to see if they can do something for me, but now they will not event want to talk to me.

They rather pay for a foreclosure than give people a chance to catch up and not loose their homes, you have no idea what this has cause me, I have been so sick this pass few days and I had to go to work all stress out because I have to keep going.

Trying to get this modification loan process I send them the first 5 times paper work and when they finally receive the first time they said I was missing a paper and they never bother to let me know or event a phone call to let me know I was missing paper work, so they threw out my case this time I have send them over 15 emails with all my paper work and I am praying that this time they get something.

Its such a nightmare working with these people, I have come to find out that I am not the only one in this situation

There is many others on facebook and other sites. Why is the government no doing nothing about this matter? We need help. I pray one day they are not in this situation because Nationstar has been a real nightmare for me.

They charge you to send money to a company via Western-Union and if you pay by phone that is another charge? What company has to pay to except payments? I wish someone can please help me or guide me on what to do, at this point I started my new job and I just want to pay nationstar what I have so I don’t loose my home!!!
