This guy is a total scam, he scammed me and dozens if not hundereds of people years ago. He was the owner of Ameristar Foreclosure Solutions, i paid him $1600 hundred dollars and he strung me along for months and never did anything. Just kept my money.
He was sued by the state of Missori, fined and had his scam shop closed down. Just to open up another scam.

He is a criminal, I just wrote a complaint to make consumers aware of this guy on trust link and it was deleted a day later and ironically a positive review was made, Bill Ray or William Ray did it, fake positive reviews as he did with his other fraud company.
Beware of this guy, If you know what i am talking about please save the agony of other customers getting their money stolen from them or having your family gets ruined.
