Nationvoice Ridiculous overbilling, no contact, out of business NJ Internet
My husband had an account with Nationvoice for a 15 user Ventrilo server fpr $5.99 per month. In April 2014 we saw that in addition to the $5.99 authorized charge, Nationvoice had charged him an additional $599.99. They have not responded to emails, phone calls, or online contact. We have opened a fraud investigation with our bank. We also filed a complaint with the NJ BBB; that complaint has been closed because Nationvoice did not respond. The BBB does note that Nationvoice has lost its BBB rating, and is no longer allowed to display the BBB logo on their website.
It appears that Nationvoice has gone out of business; their website is down.
