Nationwide Autoguard Hale Camerman disgusting business oakland park, Florida
Let me start by saying I have never once had an experience like this in my life and Im happy to see I am not the only one standing up for myself. The behavior I witnessed was disgusting and unhuman. Hale Camerman aka Chris Randall and his on and off girlfriend Natasha Alvarez made working at this company a nightmare. To start off, he would scream and curse at his salespeople when sales werent being made or even fire us if we had not reached our goal for the week. He preyed on the elderly who sometimes couldnt even remember their own address, he does not fire people for giving out false information, he encouraged us to give false information in order to make a sale. We were paid as independent contractors yet if we were late we were fired. When his girlfriend was not around he would make sexual comments about the other women that worked there. He would degrade his employees as much as he could by calling them stupid, useless and scum. He would then laugh after the comments saying everyone was independent contractors and there was nothing anyone could do about it. I later figured out that when hiring employees, if they were black or Hispanic they were not hired and continued to make comments about them when they left the interview, saying such things that I will not repeat.
Hale states he has nothing to hide yet he uses Chris Randall as another name to not be traced, he states we are out of different places such as New York, Washington, Oregon etc. As said above CLEARLY we are not located in New York or Washington. He goes absolutely crazy when someone from Florida calls a certain line and I hear him screaming at the women on the other side about it. Giving out the name Nationwide Autoguard as opposed to Autoguard gets you fired immediately. The address is not to be given out to ANYONE and uses another address for people to send mail to. This doesnt sound like the actions of someone who is not hiding something.
I also will be taking this to the FCC because no one should be put in this position for this kind of harassment at work. Also, the elderly people being targeted for this kind of scam should NOT be tolerated.

yup.....raising my hand.....an ex-employee....briefly.....who knew there were sooooo many compaints against Hal and his blooming make believe mafia company......that his mother gave him money for....HAHAHA.....is he still in business ? not sure....is Natasha his Human Resource girl, if I remember...whose old enough to be his daughter......yes he does emotionally abuse his employees, if you let him....so uncalled for.....he can be brutal and does'nt care if you are a girl or guy....but if you stand your ground, he does back down a bit.....he also embarrass's his staff in front of others....says you can't be here if you don't make a sale.....he tries to swindle employees out of their monies.....ohhh.....he hires mostly REHAB PEOPLE......because they are all street smart type of sales people.....he likes that type....also felons.....though I must say, he has a nice office space, always smells fresh, kitchen area - he keeps stock with drinks and it's always nice and cool.....so glad I'm out of there......just another Florida place, that calls themselves EMPLOYER.....

I had read this rip off report prior to doing business with Mr Camerman and his Company, but it was only one complaint. I then called his company and talked with a salesmen and told him of my concerns, then we talked business and I was offered a great deal compared to other like companies. It wasn't a day later and Mr Camerman called me to thanke me for my purchase and for my trust in his company.
That was over a year ago, today my car needed a clutch repair kit, $3000.00 2008 Shelby GT500 Cobra, my premimun was quite a bit lower than the service I am being provided with.
This is a lesson to all, trust is difficult these days, but one person crying wolf does not make himanymore honest, specially if it's a past employee.
