Complaint Review: Nationwide C.S.

I was just wondering if a class action suit has been filed against this company for fraud/ some form of theft (embezzlement?). Being that there are 91 complaints against this company, I would assume some of you have not had your money returned. In this case, has anyone done any research as to where and who this money goes to. I'm sure there are even more people who didn't report this company and which lost money to them as a result. Obviously they have ads in papers across the U.S. so it might be a good idea to look into it. Anyone know a good (or upcoming) lawyer looking for pro bono work? This is ideal. Good luck getting your money back people.
