I defaulted on a payday loan that I am making an effort to pay. They are calling my boss stating that I am committing fraud at my employer. The have sent a letter stating not to contact me, but they do, several times a day and they will not stop, I have a confirmation that is was received. I do not know what to do. These people could cost me my job. They are making legal threats on a recorded line.
