Complaint Review: Nationwide Connections OAN Services

Received a charge for $6.25 + taxes to my phone bill for a 6 minute collect call. This was to a business line that does not accept collect calls, nor was there any individual in the building at the time of the call.

Had to place several calls to get to nationwide connections, as they bill through OAN Services, Inc. After jumping the hoops and sitting on hold I reached someone at Nationwide Connections who immediately told me they would issue a credit. Sounded like they are used to having their charges disputed. The further I got in investigating the charge the more it looked like a scam.
