John Houston Floyd aggressively sought deposit and promised the work to be scheduled the next week and after 3 months of excuses, never showed up.  Refund was requested and again lies, excuses and no refund has been issued and now it is has been 2 months since refund was requested.  Do not trust that because of a lower price quote that you will ever see the work done or even get your money returned.  Local police have been contacted, BBB and lawsuit started.

False Information.

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

The individual is an employee. Our company is being slandered because customers have requested work that was weather permitting. Some of the work is weather permitting and isn't ideal to be done in rain or cold. Any customer of ours if work is not completed or we agree to void contract always receives refund. The time frame for return is based off return of supplies and numerous items. The customer who writes this post is referencing to an employee that is an employee. The information is inaccurate. If anyone is required to receive a refund they do and will receive it. The customer is using negative posts from an employee to justify a return or refund. The slander will not make any refund come quicker or faster. False reporting will only create delays to resolve slander and legal issues.

The customer if delayed was delayed and notified of the delay. If the customer has waited the amount of time that is stated then they had agreed to wait that amount of time. They speak to someone on a weekly sometimes daily basis to assure they are aware of any delays or issues. Then they are given the option to either wait or void contract. They are informed of any scheduling issues and then given the option. From the time of void we try to reimburse within 30 days. They seem to think slander is the key to refunds and use of employee information to ruin company. Plain and simple if this customer has been delayed and we agreed to void contract then we will have no issues with a full refund. Thank you
