YES . the company is a scam , but you people who have gotten ripped off must do some or all of the following steps .

1. Notify the local post office in Nevada
2. Notify the local phone company in Nevada
3. Have the local phone company on Nevada help you to find the real person registered to the 800 number that they are using.
4. Report them to the better busine bureau
5. Anyone who paid buy credit caqrd , simply refuse the charges , and do a "charge back" to get your money returned to you , and let your credit card company take a report .
6. Those whom paid by credit card , get me the phone number that was listed on your credit cards staement next to the billing.
7. Those whom paid by credit card , let me know what type of credit card you paid with , and what name the charges appeared under on your statement.
8. Those whom paid by check or even money order , get me the account numbers the checka or money orders were deposited into , and the bank name .
9. Notify the chamber of commerce in nevada , so his businees is shut down.

We will get his business shuit down , his bank accounts closed , his office seized , his merchant account closed . Then he is all done.

I mean it , all whom paid him by checcks , reverse the charges at you bank , let them know you never got what was piad for , the same with those of you whom paid via credit card .
