Nationwide Cyber systems sold me 2 machines on 10\16\03. Ernie Richardson from NCS assured me that they would get these machines up and running for me in time for the 2003 holidays.

Well its 5\10\04 and the machines are still sitting at my home were they delivered them without notification and without my signing for them. I have secured locations and contracts on my own but only to have them cancelled because NCS failed to get the scheduled connection done in a timely manner. (Three months after secured contracts NCS did not get them connected).

Nationwide has utterly failed to even remotely fulfill there promises and basic obligation. I have called NCS about a refund and was told by Ernie Richardson that Nation wide Cyber systems does not offer refunds. I told Ernie I wanted to talk to someone in the organization that could help me. Ernie said how can I let you talk to someone that does not exist?. I told Ernie that he better give me a name of someone higher than himself that I could talk to about a return. After a minute on hold he came back to the phone with a Chanler that could be reached at the same number. I called, he was not in, I left a message
