After seeing a commercial on TV I called the 800 # received info and a CD that explained my $15,995 Investment would yield a great return. It was a turnkey operation. They (Nationwide) would place the Kiosk. This never happened.

I got a run around from Eddy Gregorian who informed me after the purchase that It might take up to three months to place the public Internet terminal.

After four months I contacted Grover Stewart and Bart Pemberton for a refund or at least a returned merchandise charge (It's still sitting in the Wharehouse they used to ship it) But they will not budge.

The commercial said to act quickly because the best location would go fast. I acted to the original commercial the first time it was aired in this area.
I have nothing to show for my money and after I tried to place the machine myself I found out it has to be hooked up with a DSL line that communicates at a minimum of 286 Bps modem speed normal Dial up speed is no where near this speed. This is something they don't mention in any of the adds or the Literature they send.

You find this out the hard way when you try to hook it up at regular speed. I found this out by accident when I called the tech department. There is a minimum up and down communication speed that they don't tell you about.

They also don't tell you that If they are unable to place the unit because there is no internet communication carriers available in the area you have secured to place your Kiosk, It is then up to you to find an internet provider that can meet the Kiosks' modem requirements.

I am thoroughly dissapointed. And I will have satisfaction sooner or later.
