My wife and I bought 5 Internet Access Terminals from Nationwide Cybersystems earlier this year, after 6 month of being wined and dined by Bill Golinski and Paul Pemberton. We went to Florida to visit their headquarters and at that time we decided to take the plunge, we just didn't know we were going to drown!

We were given glowing reports on the financial health of the company, and were given the same song and dance as others about how the worst any machine could do is approximately $1000 per month after expenses.

We have our 5 machines in the highest traffic shopping malls in St Louis, and after 6 weeks have generated a whopping $200.00. We were only given scant information about phone hookups, types of lines needed, basically no technical support, and also arranged our own locations with only basic help from Marty Ritzer. We also found out that Bill Golinski, who said he had been with these guys in other business ventures suddenly left the company.

It took us 3 months to get our machines hooked up after delivery, with 2 machines sitting on a warehouse dock for 2 months after Nationwide said they couldn't get them delivered right away. We talked to Global Transport, who said that they were not doing business with Nationwide at that time due to some dispute, while Yolanda at Nationwide said that Global was backed up 3 weeks.

At that time I started to become alarmed as my experience with delivery companies has been that "disputes" means someone didn't pay the bills. We then called back to Yolanda who was extremely rude to my wife, telling her"I've listened to you, now shut up and listen to me." I then called her, and told her I wanted an appointment with Paul Pemberton on June 18th.

Subsequent phone calls have been routed to a different number, with Yolanda stating that the company is reorganizing, and can answer questions after the end of July.

Nationwide, and whatever other company name they decide to go under needs to be stopped! These people have no morals.

My wife recently called the new "reorganized" company, now doing business as Transnet Wireless. She asked first to speak to Marty Ritzer, our "location specialist" and was told he was in, please hold. She then hung up and asked for Chandler Jefferies, was told he was in also, but hung up before speaking to him. The new company is based in South Plantation,Florida, just a stones throw from their old location. If you go the website, TransnetWireless.com and click on "Products" you can see the former Nationwide Cyberstems Kiosk in all its glory, now with a new topper that says "Transnet Wireless."
We now have 3 of our 5 machines constantly going down on us, with no tech support at all. We are going to pull the machines from the locations before we go broke on the rental fees charged by the locations, as well as the cost of the phone lines. Don't do business with Transnet, they are the same people.
