Nationwide has, for the past fiscal year, been billing me illegitimate claims, stating that I am the premium payer on a third part account my parents took out on me when I was a Newborn. Not through them, it was first bought through Presbyterian Minister's Fund Insurance, Then Covenant Insurance, Then Provident Insurance, and finally -Cringe- Nationwide. Supposedly Nationwide has had this account since 2001-2002, however, they,"Don't know," if they ever acquired a legitimate contract with the account. They also never had a correct social security number on me until 2014, when they caught this,"Clerical Error," and requested my State I.D. Card AND Social Security Card, to fix their little screw up. A few months after this request, in April Of 2016, I started receiving bills for loans I THOUGHT MY PARENTS TOOK OUT against the account. After months of arguing, I was sent out a Spreadsheet for the alleged account. Wrong again. Nothing matches up, except for the Account Number, and the date the REAL account was taken out, which is also wrong, as this states they have had TWO accounts in my name since I was born (Again, my policy was not with them until 2002-ish.) We faxed their bill and spreadsheet off through a local rep to their home office (supposedly) only to be told,"We don't want to talk about it, because we don't know what happened." (Yeah, they do. They got their greedy, grubby little hands in the wrong ******* cookie jar and don't want to fess up.) Also, since I have asked for the contract to be verified, January 2016, they have done nothing but block me out of asking questions by saying,"You should have your father on the phone with you when you call, for,"Account Authorization." What they REALLY want is for him to sign a,"Transference Of Ownership," form (again, these are two SEPERATE accounts, how can he transfer something THEY started in my name, over to me, to bill me?) and to admit that he put the bills in my name, which he also didn't do. They are stealing from him, while putting both him AND me in greater debt than what the REAL loans state, while bashing both of us around and being completely disrespectful, ungrateful little humanoid impersonating scum-bag pricks, with the I.Q. of remedial division special Ed puppies. They have no enforceable contract, no,"Agreement To Pay," signed by me, and they are violating Ohio State Code, 3904.08, regarding my rights to ask questions regarding accounts once my identity is properly verified: (Hence, them sending me,"Bills," and,"Legal Documents," associated with the account through the mail. I know these are standard practices for them, and they should be boycotted state to state until they are run out of the country. Nationwide can **** off. Royally.
