Complaint Review: Nationwide Financing

Nationwide Financing pre-approved buyers, for a fee of $350 per month. They are scam artists. The phone numbers were disconected or bogus. The emails bounced back as undeliverable. I cancelled after 10 days of this mess. They continued to charge my credit card for 3 months! That's $1050! Canoga Park California

Nationwide Financing promised me Buyers who were already approved for their loans and wanting a real estate agent to contact them to find them a property to purchase. The Buyers/leads were to be 10 per month for a fee of $35 per referral. The referral applications were to be qualified as follows(as stated in an email I received from the Operations Manager, Aleeseya Church):
The Buyer understands that the are going to be contacted by a Real Estate agent witin 24/48 hours.
The Buyer must be looking to buy a house within the next 90-180 days.

The Buyer will be filtered with a 670+ credit score.
Complete lies! Not only did the referrals I received not have an interest in buying real estate, they did not even exist! The phone numbers provided were either disconnected or they belonged to someone who never heard of the person I was requesting to speak with. So, I then tried the emails and they bounced back undeliverable.

The Department of Real Estate needs to shut these people down and revoke the broker license of Adrian Van Rijs who is the Broker of record! I pulled a copy of the broker license for the California Department of Real Estate website PRIOR to agreeing to do business with these people. Their were no actions against the broker.
The District Attorney needs to file a complaint!
